Others have transformation thrust upon them through the events which no logic would describe as good. Yet the authors show us how God transformed lives through circumstances
The writers who make up West Michigan Word Weavers took on the project of demonstrating transformation, both in fiction and in memoir, and this anthology is the result of that effort. I enjoyed this book immensely.
I urge you to read this book. May your faith will be strengthened as you look back at God's transforming work in your life. Or maybe by faith, you will take the next transforming steps in your life. Maybe both.
West Michigan Word Weavers did an outstanding job by compiling a myriad of writings from like-minded authors who walk you through their own experiences of transformation. Each puts a different spin on their individual interpretations which are reassuring, satisfying and surprising. The Transformation Project deserves 5 stars! *****
Kittye Sharron (Author, The Longest Letter: Incredible Hope)
After I read many of the entries, I also read a devotional by Rick Warren, who writes, "Unless you give a testimony about how God works in your life, your story will never be told. As you share your story, you're expressing gratitude to God. You're not only letting others know about what God is doing in your life, but you're also being a model for a life of gratitude - which is incredibly important." Thanks to the authors in this anthology, who are "models for a life of gratitude."
