The book itself is gorgeous, full of huge beautiful pictures and art. The quality leaves something to be desired. My first copy was all torn up on the inside back cover. Even my replacement copy shows some spinal damage but a lot less than my first copy so I’ll keep it. But I agree with others about the strength of the spine. Doesn’t appear that they really considered the weight of the book when they put this together. Be warned, it’s definitely a visual history. Not a lot of text but very pretty. I would like a nice wordy book of the history of Transformers though but I’m happy to have this on my shelf.
