I’m a nail tech so I use these to create cuticle oil pens. The pens are okay but I got an odd number of pens and caps. I started right away to fill the pens for clients and I later realized there’s more pens than tops. And the only option they gave me was to return the package for a refund. You can imagine how frustrating this is because now the pens are full of oil and I am suppose to return them. It’s annoying. I’m conclusion count the number of pens and cap you get before using them !
