About the Author
Dr. Jarice Butterfield is a parent of a child severe traumatic brain injury survivor, special educator and education administrator and is a certified brain injury specialist. She authored the Traumatic Brain Injury Authorization for special educators in California and has authored books on Best Practices for Working with English Learners with Disabilities through LRP and the State SELPA Directors Association. She is a private consultant and currently works as the SELPA Director in Santa Barbara County and is adjunct faculty at Antioch University Santa Barbara. Melissa Hatch is a special education attorney and expert in legal issues related to brain injury. She has a private practice in Thousand Oaks, California. Diana Browning-Wright is a nationally know expert in programming for students with behavioral issues and emotional disturbance. She authored the TBI Domains of Functioning assessment tool available on the PENT website. She is a private consultant and provides support to the Diagnostic Centers of California. --This text refers to the paperback edition.
