This is a very nice quality money belt. Lightweight, soft fabric is comfortable to wear. A nice feature is the zippers are covered in fabric so are not exposed to the touch. The front pocket is a good size for keys, pocket change, and other miscellaneous. The back pocket has two mesh compartments useful for passport and credit cards. The space in front of the mesh could be used for cash bills. I like that the strap has its own pocket for tucking inside when not being worn. I plan to use this money belt for a different reason than most. It was ordered to replace my money apron at my arts-&-crafts shows. And when/if I do travel abroad, it can function in the capacity for which it was designed, and probably get the job done quite well.

This travel money belt is well thought out and very good quality. The size makes it versatile and it has good features. I have 2 other money belts to compare this one to (REI and Rick Steves) and can say that this one is the best.

First, the elastic strap is very comfortable. Since you might wear this belt under your clothes for long periods of time, this is an important feature. The elastic is about an inch thick and soft. My other money belts have much thinner straps which are not as good as this one. Also, the fabric facing your body is soft, which is nice. In between this soft fabric and the main compartment is a pocket to stuff the strap when not being used.

The pockets are a good size and offer more than enough space for my needs. I can just barely fit a passport in the small front pocket, to give you an idea of it's size, although I would put this in the larger pocket. The mesh dividing the main pocket is a nice touch for keeping things organized, rather than one large compartment. The zippers, the stitching, the material- all feel like good quality. I believe it will last a very long time. Overall, I feel very good recommending this product and wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

*I was lucky to receive a discount code to purchase this belt at a discount in exchange for an honest review. I hope you found my review helpful.

This is a review of the Go Global Gear money belt. The money belt is a black nylon material that has an RFID shielding embedded in the material. It is about 9.75 inches wide by 5 inches high. It has two pockets, a smaller pocket that appears to be for currency, and a larger pocket for passports and other larger items. The larger pocket has a mesh sleeve sewn in that makes two additional sections in the larger pocket. On the back is an opening to tuck the belt when you are not using the belt. The two zipper pockets each have a nice nylon pull that makes it easy to grasp the pockets.

After getting the money belt in the mail, I put it on and wore it for about three hours and found it to be very comfortable and did not feel that it was there. The elastic belt is about an inch wide so it rests comfortably around the stomach and expands and contracts nicely as you breath. After wearing it for the three hours I then tried to fill the pockets and this is were I started having some issues. The smaller pocket looks like it would be great for bills but American money is too wide to put in there unless you fold it up. It would be nice if the pocket was ¼ inch wider and then money would fit without having to fold it. The larger pocket only fits a passport it is on it's side which makes wearing it a bit uncomfortable. If the upper pocket was ¾ inches deeper then the passport would fit upright which makes wearing the money belt more comfortable and less obvious. Also the only color that the money belt comes in is black so it shows if you wear a white shirt. The while logo really stands out on the black belt if you wear it under a white shirt so you have to pick darker colors.
