Perfect backpack for travel

Very good backpack. I liked it because I tend to be an overstuffer and you can’t exactly do that with this bag. It fits really well under the seat on plane, train or whatever mode of travel you choose and the snap zippers gave me added piece of mind. It is smaller than pictured but the perfect bag to shove a jacket, makeup bag, toiletries and meds. I felt very comfortable with the size and it handled two weeks in Europe like a dream! Also loved the luggage trolley.

Strap frayed after less than 2 weeks use

I really loved this backpack for the safety features, design, and light weight. But after less than 2 weeks of traveling with it, one of the straps frayed and started to pull away. The backpack was *not* packed with anything heavy. Fortunately, I was able to repair with a large safety pin I had with me. I had a different problem of lack of durability in the small cross-body bag I also bought at the same time from Travelon. Will contact company and update after I get their response. For now, I can't recommend their products.
