Plastic ties ruin lining and zipper

I ordered this item last week and the plastic tie that staples the cardboard information sheet to the product pierced the zipper area into the lining making it impossible to zip the product shut without catching the lining into the zipper. I returned the product and ordered it a second time. I've added photos to this review because whoever is in charge of calibrating the plastic ties needs to know they keep piercing the zipper or the lining of the product making it unable to zip properly. I would like to buy this product but this will be the second time I will be returning the product for the same problem. Dare I order it a 3rd time?
