I was looking for concrete suggestions and concepts to present that could shed more in-depth light on the subject for a group I lead. I spent some time looking through the chapters, but only found some marginal help (not much new) on comments about humor helping the immune system. It would have helped if the writer had acknowledged the slow steady build up of compassion fatigue for care givers that may occur, and offered more practical ways to address this reality.
