Each chapter is written by a different clinician with a case study and very detailed explanations of that particular clinicians method and thoughts and outcome of treatment.
It was really the best book on this subject for clinicians that I have read and I have read many books.
The other book that is interesting to read is Ester Perel's book Mating in Captivity. This book I often recommend to couples I see.
It is a fantastic resource for ANY therapist/clinician/sexologist dealing with and/or interested in better managing desire discrepancy - as this is one area where there are a multitude of approaches that may or may not work with the client depending on the history and variables present.
