I ordered the silver model, but what came in the box surely is not silver. As shown in the pictures you can clearly see the product is a matte gray. Luckily for the seller my wife doesn't care as long as it works.
Outside of the color discrepancy the holder is actually not that bad. For my opinion I feel it's a bit short. It could be about 4-6 inches higher. It holds 2 jumbo rolls in spare and one on the dispenser. There isn't any need for assembly save for just inserting 2 poles into the base.
I can not recommend this product due to lackluster quality control alone. If a company can not even get something like the proper color into the packaging, then the company is not worth recommending.
