This game is very challenging and engaging for someone who is persistent. As a seasoned player of trials, this game presented fresh challenges that I wasn't used to. For creative people, the track editor is the best it's ever been, combining assets from all trials games and expansions. This game has tons and tons more customization options for your rider and bike as well, which is a very welcome touch for someone who likes spending time personalizing their character. Overall, this game is a very good value for how much content it has. I highly recommend it.
Love the graphics and physics of this game... So fun to play. I will say if you don't have patients this game is not for you. You Will need update for gear crates...
Disaster. I have played the original for years and loved it. A lot of playing was with local multiplayer and 4 of my friends. There were great user created tracks, the riders making noises and grunts, doing tricks. Waited a long time and got together to play the new Trials Rising and ended up playing the Original Trials Fusion. They ruined the game, no other way to put it. Maybe if you are into the Story modes and single player then cool. But multiplayer is ruined. The new graphics and scenery is awesome but other than that it sucks. What happened to tricks and sounds and bail outs and who crosses the line first?
Until they have a major patch for this it will stay on the shelve a while before hitting the trash. Trails Fusion is back on like it has for the past many years.
If you are looking for a game that you can just jump into and that allows more than one player on a console then you should try this game out. We have been playing Trials Fusion and saw this was coming out and had pre-ordered it. We are not disappointed. The one player experience is good and having the ability to have more than one player on a single console is great. This is something that most games seem to have moved away from, but I wish more games had this ability.
This game won’t be for everyone. If you haven’t played any of the other Trials games you can certainly start with this. The tutorials in this version are very helpful and teach you the fundamentals to get better. That’s what this game is about; getting better. The game will constantly push you to your limit, but in a good way. If you enjoy challenging games that reward your patience and practice over time this is certainly a game to pick up.
