"triathlon for women" is easy to read and it went though everything stepby step. It's great to read a triathlon book just for women that coversexercise, nutrition and positive reinforcement, it really helps to get your head around the idea of doing a triathlon. It's also not too technical but givesenough detail for anyone thinking of doing a triathlon or women who have done acouple before. It has given many the confidence to book a triathlon and and get excited about it!

I loved writing this book, it gave me a great excuse to sit down and spend some time thinking about what I have done and achieved and how I could really add value to women doing triathlon. Its hard to write a book when most of my time is spent training and working but it was very enjoyable and fun to do.
I hope it really helps thousands of women to get into the sport and improve once they are in it and enjoying it. It is a fantastic sport and really enjoyable.
