I found this game in a bargain store and bought it, frankly, because it was an inexpensive gamble on what might be an education game - IF I could get my 8 and 10 year olds to play it. We took it camping on a rainy weekend and spent literally hours playing ... Didn't even stop when the sun came out. This runs along similar lines as the game Balderdash, yet has, I think, a wider age span, and more relevant educational value. The player whose turn it is reads the question, then provides both the true answer and one that he/she makes up. Each card includes a "fun fact" related to the question to add to the learning curve. My daughters actually like this so much that they asked me to go back to the store and buy a few more for their friends. I'm now on a mission to find "refill" cards - at the rate we're playing this game, we'll be through the almost 400 questions before Christmas!

I am a player in a game night group, and we are always searching out new games to try. I bought this one, and we have played it once, but we all agreed it is not so much an adult game, but it would definitely be enjoyable for younger players, as the "Ages 7+" indicates. Sometimes games labeled as such are good for all ages, but we felt this one not to be so.

Okay, in retrospect, I may have been a little bit overzealous in my original review. You most likely will get 10+ nights of playing this assuming you play it for about 1-2 hours a night. Also, this is a great casual game that does not inhibit pauses and does not rush anyone, that is why it is my personal favorite casual game to play with 3-5 people. It allows for distractions and random conversations while playing, and that is rare for a "board" game. If you have an intimate group of friends who can just sit around and talk all night, this is the perfect game which allows you to just play at your own pace. Also, we play each round as its own game, making it more casual and often resulting in ties. Believe it or not, this is a casual game which does not get boring until the cards run out.

Original Review:
This game is a surprisingly decent and casual game. I am one of those guys that does research on board games to find high rated ones and yet this one I approve of.

Summary: There are 290 cards with historical questions based on artifacts. There is a pad of sheets that have box A and box B. There are cardboard tokens with A o one side and B on the other. Everyone takes a card and looks at the question and answer. Using the sheet provided, write down the correct answer along with a misleading answer on the sheet. On a players turn, they read aloud the question and the other players reveal their token with either A or B side up and the correct answer keeps the token. Play proceeds until someone with adequate tokens win. There are fun facts on each card for educational purposes as well as possible misleading answer help.
