12 Hours Fresh Breath
Our Fresh Breath Water Additive is incredibly easy to use and provides essential daily oral care for your dogs and cats. We all think it’s cute to get puppy kisses and smooch our pooch, but no one enjoys those kisses when our pup has stinky breath! In fact, bad breath is one of the first signs of oral disease. Without proper dental care, 70% of dogs and cats start to show signs of periodontal disease by age 3. Oral disease can eventually lead to tooth loss or other serious health problems. Our all natural Water Additive promotes healthy gums and eliminates bad breath for up to 12 hours.
We know you’re busy
We know how busy life is and how often times we forget about the oral health needs of our pets through all the craziness life throws at us. That’s why we have invested countless hours, people, resources and energy to develop a product that is safe, easy and effective. Fresh Breath Water Additive only requires that you put a capful in your pet’s water dish whenever you refill it. By simply adding our water additive you are helping to create a healthier and better life for your pet. We are passionate about using nature’s ingredients to create a better life for you and your pet.
Clean teeth. Fresh Breath. No Brushing! This is our mantra, and we love the fact that we can bring you a product that makes your life easier. Simply add a capful to your pet’s water dish every time you refill it and we will help keep your pet’s teeth clean and breath fresh!

Shhhh! We want to let you in on one of our secrets…Green Tea. IT’S AMAZING! We use decaffeinated Green Tea Leaf Extract in all our Fresh Breath products. This amazing natural ingredient works as a natural source of fluoride, helping to fight bacteria that can cause plaque and tartar development, which also leads to bad breath.
Our commitment to healthy products also extends to our impact on the environment. We make a concerted effort to minimize that impact through our reduce, reuse, recycle efforts.
Our pets are more than just pets, they are part of our family. We understand that, and develop our products with natural ingredients to create a healthier life for your furry family members.
Our products have led the pet industry in sustainable packaging being the first to introduce 100% biodegradable package elements.
Oral care is about more than making your pets’ smiles sparkle—it’s an important component of their overall health. In fact, 80% of dogs and 70% of cats begin to show signs of oral disease by age 3. With Fresh Breath Oral Care Water Additive, your pets can benefit from daily plaque and tartar defense, simply by drinking from their water bowl. Easy to use for both you and your pet—no brushing required!

I like the Ingredients, and has a nice minty smell, nice sized bottle and has a dispensary on it so you dont have to take cap off.
A little Pricey compared to the competition, needs a pull tab to remove the seal instead of poking a hole, its 2016 step it up!
Purified Water. Sure, that's natural.
Citric Acid. Yep, natural.
Cetylpyridinium Chloride. While common in mouthwashes and toothpastes, it's certainly not natural and has a measurable toxicity level.
Chlorophyllin. Not natural. A semi-synthetic salt derivative of chlorophyll. Used as a food coloring. Purported to have some health benefits.
Glycerin. Yep, natural.
Potassium Sorbate. A ubiquitous non-natural preservative. Well-established toxicology.
Green Tea Leaf Extract. Natural, but, since it's listed last and if the manufacturer follows labeling standards, it's also the smallest percentage ingredient in the product.
It will improve their breath my lab showed improvement after 3 days. It won't blow you away but it certainly will put a dent in bad breath.
My dog doesn't like this and will drink my smaller dog's water to avoid the taste. It also doesn't help breath. My dog isn't due for a dental cleaning, she has no rotten teeth. I brush her teeth with Virbac vanilla toothpaste for dogs almost everyday and she gets a Greenie every other day.
I have to say that Fresh Dog water additive is much better and when I bought it, it was $8-9, whereas this stuff is $11-12 currently here and at most national retailers.
If breath concerns you, I recommend you see a veterinarian for a dental exam. Cleaning teeth is cheaper than pulling them.
I ran across this Tropiclean water additive and thought it couldn't hurt and we were willing to try anything. Seriously....after the FIRST bowl of water his breath was noticeably better - even tolerable!! After that, it just got better and now he has virtually no bad breath. I'm as skeptical as anyone when it comes to these type products that seems "too easy". But, this one really does work, so try it. Also, it was one of the less expensive brands available. We're also adding some to our younger Yorkie/Shi-tzu's water to keep his teeth clean. I didn't even add as much as the label calls for since some reviews said it made their dog vomit. It does initially make the water "sudsy" so I would suggest using less than it calls for. I only put about a teaspoon in almost a quart of water and that worked, so start with less than a capful to 16 oz. You can always add more if needed.

It was pretty expensive to begin with.
