I enjoyed this well written story. I often stay away from Christian romances because they are too preachy but this book was not like that. I liked that Noah was intelligent and mature. Noah was such a good man and saw Holly for the person she really is and not who she tries to make others believe she is. The vineyard information was seamlessly woven into the story so that the reader could picture the crops without having to know a lot about growing grapes or making wine. It was hard to like Holly with the way she tried to make herself into a "better" person than she was in her youth since she didn't like that life. And it was hard to believe that Noah liked her and saw through her issues.
Holly is quite a character but well-rounded enough with flaws and redeeming qualities. The interactions and developing relation ship she has with Noah is light but moves right along.
The Jewish imagery from the marriage contract shows true love in the stunning example of the cups. (Makes me want to read more about it.)
I'll certainly be on the lookout for other works by this author. Humor is certainly her strength!
Will Holy realize what her trouble is before she destroy what could be 'God's plan for her? Read on and find out.
