Just buy it. For $86, this is an extremely high quality figure. It seems pricey but there is nothing cheap about the production of this figure. Though a tiny bit of paint was missing (a dot or two) on the top of the helmet, the rest of the figure is nearly flawless. It has so much articulation in nearly every piece, the paint is resistant and durable, and the extra interchangeable pieces are outstanding.

The only thing I don't like about the figure is his face is somewhat a typical androgynous anime face, which I would of preferred the more Dragon Ball-like face of the D-Arts X figure. However, that's just a personal view; some others may prefer this face.
Unless one highly prefers the classic D-Arts X, I would recommend this X hands down! Mizuno Keisuke really added some sophistication to X's design that the X character really benefits from.

Fantastically made model for the price! I am really impressed with Mizuno Keisuke's version of Rockman X. The presentation of the box was well thought out, and X came already assembled. Every detailed on his body is well thought out, and the painting is precisely done. Parts of his chest and leg parts are metal, and I like the fine glitter blue of his paint job. His leg parts open up to reveal boosters. His X buster comes with batteries to be installed, and the instructions were easy to follow. I saw this available slightly earlier from other sources, but bought it from Amazon for a more safe transaction.
The material quality is top-notch, the figure is highly pose-able, and is everything you'd want in a figure like this of any kind. I like that you only need the mounting stand for any kind of pose where Mega Man's feet are not both planted on the ground. The feet are large/heavy enough to keep him grounded nicely if he is in any standing pose (like the images I posted, where he is bracing himself for firing the buster gun)
Though I do with I was a kickstarter backer for this item so I could have also gotten the KAI color variant (gold/black), which looks very cool as well.
There is no disappointment when receiving this item.
