This book is the story of “The Trump Economic Miracle”—and the agenda that will make America great again, again.

In late August 2023, President Donald Trump contacted us to meet with him. It was déjà vu for the two of us, as it reminded us of our first meeting with Trump back in early 2016—the first time he ran for the White House. Trump was proclaiming that we could get to 5 percent growth with the right set of pro-business policy ideas. We were ecstatic that finally someone was frontally assaulting the tyranny of low expectations that sold America short.

When we met with Trump at his office in Bedminster, New Jersey, it was like we were starting right where we left off. He wanted us to help him again in 2020 with the rebuilding job ahead.

“Will you help me write a tax plan that is even bigger than Reagan’s?” he asked.

We looked at each other, grinned, and said: “We’re in.”

As we left that meeting, Steve mentioned on the way out that we knew he could make the American economy great again, because he already had done it once.

“No, actually, Steve,” he replied, “I did it twice. I did it after Obama. And I did it after Covid.”

The narrative is something akin to several guys going out for drinks after work and discussing a chart book of key economic data. There are references to the first assassination attempt on President Trump’s life and Kamala Harris’ early campaign, so it is a recent perspective, albeit with some minor editing missed such as page 23 "Biden" should be swapped with "Trump"; page 172 an editor’s comment is left in the text.

The content of the book is a compendium of key statistics available from the U.S. Census Bureau comparing Trumponomics with Bidenomics. The contrast is stark; Trump’s four years in office beat the Biden-Harris Administration in ALL key metrics. Here are some of the miracles of Trump's first term:

1) Trump reached the trifecta of low inflation, which averaged 2% annually over his presidency (Biden-Harris 6% annually), real median family income rose $5800 (under Biden to 2022, the most recent data available, it fell by more than $2000), all the while unemployment fell to a historically low 3.5%.

2) Domestic oil production surged under Trump, yet in 2019, America achieved the largest decline in CO2 emissions of any country on earth (page 29).

3) Black and Hispanic unemployment rates tumbled from 8% and 6%, respectively, when Obama left office, to 5.5% and 4%, respectively, three years later before Covid struck (page 2).

4) Under Trump, gas prices fell to under $2 a gallon and mortgage rates below 3% - both nearly doubled under Biden-Harris (page 26).

The list goes on; in fact, Chapter Two lists 21 key statistics of Trump’s economic miracle contrasted with Biden-Harris and to a lesser extent, Obama-Biden Administrations. I would strongly recommend ordering the book if for nothing else than as a hardcopy testimony Trump’s first term miracle.

Trump economic policies work, period. If all voters could read and ushouldnderstand this book, they would realize why the last four years have been an economic disaster and the only answer is Trump.
