Then, half-way through the book, Blanchard presents his "ABCD Trust Model™," which breaks behaviors down into four [somewhat obvious] categories, then discusses positives and negatives for each behavior. The book goes on to present several situational exercises for "practicing trust."
As I've found in my leadership reading and teaching, trust is one of the key factors earned by effective leaders. This book clearly makes its point, and the four categories are a major contribution to the literature.
Like Blanchard's other books, "Trust Works" is an easy read and a useful one.
Simple to read and the information is phenomenal.
