"I loved this fun short story! It was sweet without being overly sweet." Amazon review

When I was a child, we used to go to christmas parties arranged by my Dad's alma mater in Colombo. That was decades ago, but I still remember the music and the colour and the Aunties in bright saris who stopped to squeeze my cheek and tell me how much I'd grown since last year. I've embellished those memories and moved them across the world so that Aasha could wear Doc Martens with her sari and meet up with Vik, who is most unassuming man in the world.
