Sir: you have done your homework and your writing is direct and to-the-point.
When I watched the villains on the cartoon of Captain Planet, I always wondered how anyone could, or why they would, defile their own nest, which is the planet we all inhabit. I think I'm grateful that I still can't wrap my brain around the concept that people would deliberately strive to live in a war-torn world. When hatred and anarchy are the driving forces in a life, it doesn't seem surprising that such a life creates that which would destroy it at the earliest possible convenience.
All I can say about the BLM movement is that it is a literal impossibility to love your neighbor if you do not, in fact, love yourself. I must therefore assume that these people hate themselves as much as they hate the police, who would come to help them with a call to 911.
Thank you for writing this. Few have the courage to undertake such a work.
