I really never thought I would use the stand feature on this thing but, I use it on the plane all the time. When I have my crappy in-flight meal, I can put this on its stand to the side of my stupid tray and I can keep reading while I am eating.
The size is really nice. Love the hemp cover. The feel is really nice and feels sturdy and able to withstand a bit of abuse. The embroidery on it is cool but, not too outrageous. This cover (and the Kindle inside it) have hundreds of thousands of sky miles on them and are both holding up beautifully.
I just hope I can find a cover almost identical to this one if I ever need to get a new Kindle.
Could not be happier. Great cover!

I wanted something different than the kindle cover that I had bought when I first got the kindle. It was black leather like case with a light the popped out.
Kindle Lighted Leather Cover, Black (Fits Kindle Keyboard)
It served me faithfully and without complaint everyday that I use it. Shocking how long the battery life lasts. Even while firing up that light. Then I was on Terry Goodkind's chaotic ( in a good way)facebook event. People were talking about what kind of covers they have. Someone posted a picture of a kindle cover made of hemp. I thought well hey, I like hemp. So I ordred it and I got it in a timely manner. This one wasn't being shipped from nearby so it was going to take a little bit to get to me. What they wrapped it is adorable and I'm sure we will have fun playing ninja spy plane with it. It was really easy to get the kindle in there. Even has an area where you can store stuff. I'm not sure what though, obviously not a book mark. I am not sure why the top cover couldn't have flipped around to be used as the stand. It looks like it has a place where you could put a drivers license and just take off for who knows where with just you and your kindle and proof of id. Maybe they could have gone all out and put a zipper part in there and you could stash everything else you need to bring with you. Truthfully, its different from what I had, I liked the way the hemp one looked. Seems to work ok. Hope I don't spill anything on it.

I had purchased a previous Eco-nique case for my wife's Kindle and it was everything I thought it would be.
My case has the stand option which I find very handy and in almost every category I have nothing but a five-star rating for this case. My only exception is a result of my being exceptionally picky. Where the Kindle slides down into the case, the outline of the leather binding on the front of the Kindle is slightly crooked. Not so much as to be a hindrance, rather it just bugs me because I am a perfectionist (the kind of guy who will constantly straighten a slightly crooked hanging picture).
Still, a great case. Beautiful and it draws compliments where ever I take it.

I really like my Tuff-Love Kindle cover. I searched online and in stores for awhile for a case. I wanted to find a case that was substantial enough that it wouldn't break in a month. This case definently fit the bill! It's tough but light weight. The case is easy to hold while I read and is comfortable. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because when I received my case the leather interior was crooked. The leather strip that is between the keyboard sits at an odd angle. If it interfered with the keys in any way I could see returning it. But, since that would mean I would have to be without my cover for awhile I decided to keep it. All around this is a great product for the price.

After searching and searching for just the right cover for my keyboard Kindle, and trying to find one that also "stood up" so I could use it hands free, the Tuff-Luv was a great find. I absolutely love it! My Kindle fits in it perfectly with easy access to all the buttons I need. It folds easily and is thick enough to protect the Kindle very well. And the "prop" feature is fantastic, it stays put and doesn't slide. All in all, this was a fantastic buy.

Great case for my Kindle. Firstly it is Eco friendly and non leather. The stand really is perfect for reasons lying down or on table. I also love the stand bc I can slip my hand into it to hold the Kindle and flip pages easier. It is difficult and annoying holding the Kindle on it's own bc you flip the pages by mistake all the time. The Kindle fits perfectly in it. i was hesitant to buy for the price but well worth it. Plus i feel it also protects my reader well. This case is really beautiful, sturdy and made well. Love it!!

This case is exactly what I was looking for and more. It's incredibly comfortable in your hands -very soft- and makes the Kindle feel more like a book without adding hardly any weight. The embroidery and all the stitching and seams are solid. I was wondering how I would feel about the tree of life being too prominent as I'm not into anything overly-flashy, but it's got a great low contrast with the cover. Well noticeable but not over the top. I tend to abstain from writing product reviews, but this one is WELL worth it. Hemp fiber is a very sustainable and versatile crop and should be utilized more often.
Thanks a lot to all of you at EcoNique.

I received this item promptly and loved it ever since. It's a low key look with a unique design on the front that has the title Tree of Life which is ironic when considering the Kindle is more of a Tree of Knowledge. I really like it and would definitely order from this seller again.

The best cover for Kindle
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on November 26, 2010Verified Purchase
I recently purchased the 'Tree of Life' cover for the Kindle 3. It is the perfect protection for my new Kindle 3, and looks as good as it feels. It's heavy duty, nicer to touch then plain leather, and the design looks extremely
sophisticated, and original. It features a built in stand that is well-balanced, and safe for your machine. I cannot think of any improvements I could make to this cover, as it has been well thought out, and manufactured to the highest specs...well worth the money. I would recommend this product to anyone purchasing a Kindle cover, and it would make the perfect gift for any Kindle owner.
(Additional info): I am one of these people who like to read before bed, and when I start to doze off, it would be very easy to lose the grip on my Kindle. It's something I would really hate to do. This eco-case is built in such a way that there is a little leather snap on a flap holding the Kindle in the case, on the top front when you open the case up. I took a fairly long cloth camera strap, ran it through that flap loop, and now have a way to put it over my neck when I read. If I fall asleep, it won't go anywhere!! Just a simple trick, but it might save your machine....

I should have written this review two years ago, but even though I no longer have the Kindle Keyboard that the Tree of Life cover fitted, I loved it while I *did* have it. This particular design doesn't exist any more, unfortunately, but the company (Tuff-Luv) I bought it from does. When the Kindle was first rolled out you could pre-order everything or you could wait, but I was far too excited to wait for anything, and I'm pretty sure I bought one of the last covers in this design. It was high quality when I received it and it's still going strong. I actually regretted that it wouldn't fit my Kindle Fire, but I gave both the old Kindle and the cover to my niece, and she likes it, too.
Reviews about the cover itself don't really matter now, though... what you want to know is how the company performed. They, I'm happy to report, proved to be just as reliable as the cover. I don't know how all the dealers did it, but everything arrived within a day or two of the Kindle. So... arrived on time, was exactly as it was advertised, and came at an excellent price as well. You can't ask more than that from any company, and this is coming from someone who bad luck sticks to like glue.

My Favourite Case
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on July 9, 2012Verified Purchase
My husband has the leather cover on his kindle, but I wanted something different. So glad that I found this. It very comfortable to read in. I like the texture that it has, making it a bit nicer for my hands than the bland usual leather. Its pretty sturdy as well, and is still going strong and looks as good as new. I love the added advantage of a stand, so that I can read easily on the train or in bed. The Design on the front is really lovely. Whenever I take out my Kindle on the tube, it sure receives a lot of stares and good comments. Very very pleased with it. Would love to buy similar things for the iPad. A very very very minor quibble is its a bit thicker than the other sleek covers, but it gives me the assurance of greater protection for my Kindle and perhaps the texture as well.

Nice buy
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on August 30, 2011Verified Purchase
Bought it at the same time I ordered my kindle and am using it from day one. Although I had my eye on the green one from the same seller, I went with this one not only cause it is cheaper but because of the use, the light one would look dirty after a few days, I suppose.
For now, I am happy with this one: it protects the kindle, is easy to operate, very comfy on the hand and looks stylish and cool. The thing behind is very handy on tables and the beach, making it versatile.

Very pleased with this case. I'd made my own when I first got my kindle, but I wanted one that had a stand so that, when in the middle of a really good book, I could could read whilst eating my lunch. The fabric is lovely and soft to the touch, but seems very strong and well made. It's comfortable to hold, not too heavy and the stand is great. I really like the embroidery n the front, i didn't want a case that felt too mass manufactured, but I haven't got the time at the moment to make another hand made one, so this was ideal.
