This book is filled with love & family. As always the McCarthy Clan is filled with alpha dominating men and the amazingly strong women who love them. This is no more true than for Tully & McKenna! McKenna is teaching the future boys of The Clan but she isn’t sure if she wants or can let herself become a claimed woman. She loves and needs Tully but she is scared to make that leap & give herself fully to him. Tully will stop at nothing to keep McKenna safe and to claim her as his own. They have been on and off again for too long and he is done waiting and will stop at nothing to make her his! This book is filled with dominating love scenes and some very romantic moments between all the member of The Clan.

There is always enemies lurching around so they must be ready for anything. There are some powerful moments in this book and some will bring you to tears and have you weeping for joy as well. This is another amazing book to a wonderful series. You will love their story as much as all the others. Happy Reading!!

Tully is book 7 of the Dangerous Doms series by Jane Henry. You can read it as a stand-alone, but you may appreciate it on more levels if you’re ivetta little bit familiar with the series. In this book you get to see a lot of characters from previous books in the series, which is always a fun thing. This is a mafia romance, and that is made clear before you buy the book, so don’t be surprised when members of the mafia involved - the McCarthy Clan – engage in violent activity. They are a well-organized and established group, with their own school, church, and close ties to the local community. They are involved in nefarious activity, but they live by their own strict code of honor and morality.

Tully is a respected and feared enforcer for The Clan, and a senior member of the group. His life has been devoted to the organization and he never thought he would have a woman at his side with any permanence. Tully is sexy, protective, and powerful. McKenna is a quiet teacher at the school owned by The Clan and she thinks she has a good understanding of what it’s all about – enough to know that she wants nothing to do with the group outside of her job. She is strong and independent, fierce in her passion and her opinions. Tully and McKenna each have a side that they only show to one another; he is kind-hearted when it comes to her, and she loves to get kinky with him.

McKenna and Tully have a complicated on-again off-again connection. They’re not in some traditional committed relationship but yet they can’t resist one another. The twists and turns in this story make everything change between them, and also involves some big changes for The Clan. I thought this was a powerful finish to this series, and it gives us a very tempting lead into the next one that this author

Wow! What a ride. I plowed my way through this book despite my desire
to savor it and make it last longer. As soon as Ms. Henry releases a new
book, I know that I am in for one hell of a journey. She excels at creating
strong female characters that appeal to even stronger men, such as Tully.

McKenna Sweeny, a quiet school teacher. She was vulnerable, innocent,
and one hell of a stubborn spitfire. She was certainly a contradiction at
times. She had a wild side that packed a punch when needed. She
smolder underneath a cool exterior. She spent so much time running
from Tully when all she really wanted was to run to him.

Tully fought to have McKenna safe by his side, but he had to watch her slip
away. I loved Tully’s intensity. His dominance. His protective instincts to
nurture McKenna took over his need to punish her. He sees the fight in her
eyes. Her inner strength intrigues him. Danger saw him dragging McKenna
back to Ballyhock. Foul play and tragedy brought them closer together. Fate
decided their future where they found peace.

What a game of cat and mouse these two played.The pivotal moment for me
was when McKenna stopped fighting her feelings for Tully and opened her
heart to him.

This book ticked all the right boxes for a good mafia romance. Action, danger,
grief, suspense, and everything we have come to expect from the McCarthy
Clan from Ballyhock.

I have loved every book in this series and was so happy to see Tully get his story and his woman. McKenna was a complicated character and at times, I just wanted to smack her but she is one fierce lady. They both love to play and while she keeps saying she doesn't want to be a member of the Clan, I can tell she longs for the feel of family like she sees the other couples have. Of course there is a lot of action, danger, mystery, intrigue and betrayal but when things come to a head, McKenna is right there. There were some sad moments that I didn't see coming and that made me tear up just a bit. From the first book to this book, it's easy to see how all the "brothers" have grown into their roles in the family. Maeve is probably one of my favorites and I admire how she holds up to everything that happens around her. This is suppose to be the last book in this series but maybe Ms. Henry will give her readers a bit more or maybe another spin off. I love my Irish Mafia men!!!

This story is probably one of the best in this series. The sassy McKinsey is one of the strongest and most headstrong ladies in the series. I quite enjoyed her spunk as she escaped Tully, then shimmied into windows multiple times and saved Tully. While shooting him once, saving him with a candlestick, then shooting an Ex who wanted to kill Tully... oh and there is so much more in-between. She is one of the females who clearly enjoyed the kinky fun the club allowed her and Tully but this series only visits the club occasionally... there were parts that made me laugh and cry.. it was a very good story... and series, although some parts of the series seemed far fetched and completely unbelievable. This story is possibly the most believable. I am starting to think the men of the mountain series is probably another part of this but I sorta hope it's completely different. We'll see.
