The TuneBand for iPhone 4/4S provides a comfortable way to wear your device while running, working out, working in the yard, or walking around the block. It features a protective silicone skin that allows access to all ports and buttons (including the front and rear cameras), and (2) soft, elastic straps that fit arm circumferences from 7"-18" (about 18cm to 46cm). We also include (2) screen protectors that cover the front of the iPhone.

NOTE: TuneBand for iPhone 4/4S is designed to work with a bare iPhone 4/4S *only*. Some customers have reported success installing our silicone skin over their existing iPhone cases, but this use is unsupported by us. Also, if either of the elastic straps do not fit, then please contact us to arrange a replacement strap at our expense. We also mention this in the included thank-you card.

Both the product and the company deserve at least 6 stars.

I purchased the Tuneband after some searching for the perfect case for dynamic cross training, everything from hiking, running, cycling, weights and everything in between. The case itself is better than I had expected and should hold up for some time to come against the abuse I intend to throw at it.

The product itself, as good as it may be, actually I believe stands second only to the business practice of the company. Grantwood Technology should be heralded as a prime example of what business in America should stand for. Within a very short time of purchasing from them I received an email, which honestily I did initially overlook as just another email from one of the many companies I have purchased from. However once my product arrived I saw the accompanying thank you letter included with the item. A letter they took the time to place in its own envelope. This may seem trivial at first, but in today's society, particularly pruchasing things via the internet, our interactions have become increasingly impersonal. It was refreshing to see a company take such time and attention at addressing their customer base. I took the time to re-read the initial email and the letter and found that they had pre-emptively offered assistance to one question I had after opening and trying out the product. I was able to respond to the email and get assistance, which received almost an immediate response from the VP of sales himself. Best customer service from any internet sales I have partaken in.

From the solid quality of their product to the extra courtiesness with which they show their customers respect and gratitude, Grantwood Technology is a company I will now go out of my way to purcahse from and recommend to others.

A great sports armband.

This is a terrific sports armband. I love it mainly because this armband lets you adjust important functions like volume, mute, and all the onscreen access.
A lot of the competing armbands out there have very poor access to the volume controls. This armband gives you great access to them. The arm band secures the iPhone snugly and there was never any fear that the phone may slip out. It is a very rugged, forgiving design. The Silicone glows in the dark. A nice plus for those people who need to find their phones in the dark or those who need extra visibility when they run in the evenings.

If your arms are rather large, they do offer an larger armband for a free replacement (nice!)

My only beef with this design is that you will need to be careful not to splash water on it. It provides very little moisture protection.

Additional UPDATE:
I just wanted to note... iPhone flashes do not work well with this armband. The armband silicone white surface tends to interfere with the iphone flash. So if you intend to take a photo with the armband, make sure you REMOVE it from the silicone jacket first. The photos will come out much better without the silicone case messing with the flash.

Great Item, Great Customer Service

I've tried a few other armbands, but they often are not big enough (or barely so) for my big arm. So I searched Amazon and found this one. After reading the reviews, I saw that the company would send you a longer armband if you asked.

So I emailed the company and asked how I could get a longer armband instead of the normal sized one.

They emailed me back within the hour, and said that they could not "replace" the arm band that comes with the unit, but would instead mail me one separately, free of charge. They have a 19" and a 22" model. I was impressed with the speed of the response and the generous offer!

The unit came (with stock armband) in the promised time, and the longer armband came a few days later. One minor inconvenience on that was that it came signature required, so when I wasn't home Friday, they left me a note and I had to go to the post office on Saturday and sign for it. A little strange to sign for something not all that expensive, but not a big deal.

As for the product itself, I've used it for two runs, and I have been very impressed thus far. I was concerned - as others - that the silicone shell would not hold it well, but it fits my iPhone 4 very snugly and while it's silicone, is not flimsy and during my two runs I didn't have any concerns about the phone falling out.

The other armbands I have used have a "pocket" to put the phone in that has made it difficult to impossible to adjust the volume or settings, especially while on the run, and have the plastic film on the front that can make it hard to manipulate and even see the screen. This doesn't have that... The silicone cover allows to VERY easy access to the volume and such, and no plastic cover makes it very easy to see the screen and hit the "next" button and such if I want to change songs. I guess the plastic cover one would be nice in case it rains - offer a little more protection.

But for me, this product gives me exact what I was looking for... Easy to install the phone in and out of, easy access to the buttons and screen, stays very secure on my arm, and a strap that doesn't feel like it's cutting off the circulation to my arm. In fact, I ordered the 22" and that may be a touch too long. I guess my arm wasn't that big after all. :)

I highly recommend. I think it's the best choice of any arm band I've used, that's for sure.
