I origanlly purchased this ring in 2009 when my husband and I got married. This was what he saw in a local jewelry store, same brand and everything! But it was over $400 there! Which is crazy because most men end up loosing their rings, well my husband just lost his so back to amazon of course! And it is even cheaper now then in 2009! such an amazing deal to bad diamond wedding rings weren't such a bargain too! And by the way the ring holds up really well and my husband would use his ring to open bottle caps (such a guy) I would always tell him not to but it didn't matter anyways because this ring is indestructible! Never even got scratched! So if you're worried about buying it because it is so cheap, don't! It really is the quality of a $400 ring that they would sell for that in a nice jewelry store!
I'm usually a pretty traditional guy, but I bought this as my wedding ring in an effort to do something different from my first marriage. The ring looks fantastic. It's shiny & bold. It really jumps out when I'm wearing black.
On the day after the wedding, I was visiting the farm where my wife grew up. As I was climbing down from a tractor, my ring caught & pulled HARD on a bolt (I gotta get used to having a ring again!). A softer ring would have been left with a scratch or gouge, or even become misshapen. Not this one though. Not even a nick! (Can't say the same for my finger, but that will heal).
Before I bought the ring, I read another review which warned of scratches in the epoxy that covers the carbon fiber. That's my only concern with this ring. I'll have to come back in a few months and update my post. ******** Dec 10 2010 update - The ring still looks great! A few minor scratches have developed in the epoxy, but not noticeable at this time. I still get compliments on it at least once a month. People notice the unique look, and how shiny it is.
I've been warned by some that this ring can be dangerous. If your finger ever swells - due to injury, illness, or pie - hospitals do not have anything capable of cutting the ring off your finger. Something to consider before you buy. I take my ring off when I'm playing sports, a precaution I never bothered with when I had a gold ring.
Ordered this ring and received it within 3 days. It is beautiful. Unfortunately it was too big so I had to exchange it. When I called to get the exchange process, a real live person answered the phone on the 2nd ring. I almost dropped the phone! He quickly and kindly gave me the directions to exchange. Within 2 minutes I'd already received the Email with details.
I mailed it back and a few days later I checked with them to see if they had it yet. They told me to check back on the following Thursday. I did and they quickly responded to my Email, letting me know it had been shipped. I received it the next day, perfect size, beautiful and unique ring. Excellent service!

Beautiful ring - picture does not do it justice! The quality is incredible - identical to rings I have looked at IRL at jewelry stores selling for $250 or more. Seller was great to work with - there was a mistake on my order and it was promptly remedied in less than 24 hours. I actually received the ring several days prior to the estimated delivery date. Would definitely buy from Metal Masters again.
I've always heard that you get what you pay for, but with this ring you get way more. It's absolutely stunning and it stands up to the abuse that real men will put it through.
This ring looks exactly like a 300 dollar tungsten ring that you would find in a jewelry shop.
I love this ring, and my boyfriend loves it just as much. I had one con but now I thought of two. Tungsten as a metal doesn't scratch which is great... but my boyfriend (who is a PE teacher and is constantly using his hands) has noticed little scratches on the carbon inlay part where there is no tungsten. That would be one con... they're barely noticeable because of the dark carbon fiber but he has a crazy knack for details since he used to do graphic design. My other con which is actually more of a warning... make sure you have your man's exact ring size bc I ended up getting one that's too big and took it to the jeweler to get resized.... the jeweler told me that sadly you cannot resize the ring because of the type of metal it is so I had to exchange it (not a big deal bc the company was super accomodating and helpful).
Overall... I'm super satisfied with this ring for the price and style and fit and everything else! too bad they don't make them for women haha! I think tungsten is the man equivalent to platinum for women!
The ring arrived and looks exactly as shown. Even has the "Tungsten Carbide" on the inside of the band which is not shown in the picture. I loved this ring when I tried it on in a Jewelry store, but they wanted $300 and with a protection plan would replace the ring if it got scratched or scuffed but for a $70 one time fee. Why pay all that money. Buy one of these and if you scratch it or whatever, just buy another for $17. Obviously the jewelry store rings arent any better quality if they charge you to replace it once it gets scratched.

I bought this ring for my husband and he can't stop raving about it. He is NOT one for jewelry and doesn't like the gold or diamond wedding bands. This was so original I knew he'd love it but didn't expect him to LOVE it the way he does. Highely recommend this ring. Very confortable. The picture doesn't do it justice. I found the same ring at other sites for $300. The low price at this site is beyond belief. Beautiful ring!
