About the Author
Freya North was born and brought up in London but now lives in rural Hertfordshire with her family and other animals.
In 2012 she set up, and now runs, the Hertford Children’s Book Festival. She is also a judge for the CPRE Rural Living Awards, and an ambassador for the charity Beating Bowel Cancer.
Her books have been published around the world in many languages and she is a frequent Sunday Times top ten bestseller.
