Just as a classroom must be a safe place for children to feel free to learn and grow, the same can be said for where we gather to interact with others. At The Turquoise Table (TTT), come as you are. Be you. Be loved. Share. Grow. Learn. Laugh. Cry. Don’t we all need a little bit more of that in our lives?!
TTT will encourage you to be #frontyardpeople. Put a Turquoise Table in front of your house, turquoise chairs outside your apartment, paint your door turquoise…find a way to be intentional with those around you.
Kristin Schell, thank you for equipping and encouraging us to love our neighbors!!!
If we took the time to open our doors, put ourselves aside and allowed our neighbors and their needs into our hearts, what would our lives—and our world—look like? Surely a lovelier place, both.
Kristin’s book is easy to read and is chock full of practical tips to help anyone, with any budget or schedule, host their neighbors without shame, guilt, or fear. Because it doesn’t cost anything to show up and be kind.
I loved this book. BRB, gotta go buy more chairs for my house.
