These headphones are very good if you are a casual/hardcore gamer that doesn't have a lot in their wallet.
These headphones have a lot of pros few cons. Pros:Clear audio, Very comfortable as advertised, customizable volume, off or on button for mic, you can use for gaming or just watching a movie, you can also use these headphones for most phones,very long lasting (have used these headphones for more than 6 months now and they are as good as new),and my favorite thing about these headphones is that they are VERY durable. Little sibling twisted it? No problem! Dropped it? No problem! Threw it? No problem! These headphones can be a very easy fix if broke, warranty not really needed greatly. Cons are: Very few times for me I feel the plastic top of the headphones hurting my head when I play for long periods a little bit despite the headrest. Another con is if you have a big head these will not work very well for you. I am personally started in my teenage years and have to use the max suspension for the headphones to fit my head, and my head is below average to average size for my age. Overall if these Cons do not matter to you much, these are an excellent choice! If they do matter to you a little bit, I reccomend you try it out and if it does not work for you I believe there is a return policy for these headphones. Great sound, great price

Great headphones for the price. I use them with my Xbox one, but I bought the ones branded for the PS4 because I liked the blue color better than the green or red, plus they were a few dollars cheaper. They all work exactly the same, the different colors are just marketing. As for the sound, I was very impressed for a $30 pair of headphones. Bass, mids, and highs are very well balanced in my opinion and none of them sound muffled or muddy. Admittedly, I'm an amateur when it comes to gaming headsets, but I can be pretty picky about tech in general, and I'm quite content. This headset is also surprisingly comfortable, although I could see it being a little tight if you have a larger head. I have an average sized head and I can wear these for hours with no discomfort. The inline volume control works perfectly and they get decently loud. I usually don't have them turned all the way up. I was told the mic sounds clear when I tested it out; however, I bought these to use primarily as headphones for gaming because neither my boyfriend or I play online frequently, but we have roommates that wouldn't appreciate us blasting the volume on our tv at night. I keep the mic detached most of the time so that it doesn't get beat up when we're not using it, which is a nice feature. I plan to be extra careful with the mic because I read it can break easily. Overall, I'm very impressed with the quality of this gaming headset compared to similarly priced items. I'm hoping these hold up well, but it seems like they will if you're not overly rough with them.

Edit: These are not noise cancelling, but the way the ear cups fit me actually block out a lot of ambient noise as is. With any sound coming through them, you won't hear much besides your game.

Edit: Since writing this review we have bought two sets of these thinking we got a fluke & both pairs broke QUICKLY. Do not recommend anymore.

These are just amazing. My son is over the Moon with all the different features they offer. And let me tell you. The noise canceling feature is one of my favorites. There is no better feeling than listening to your son screaming on the top of his lungs while he’s doing a fortnite battle royal because he can’t hear himself. By the time Xbox time is over I’m about to snap them in two lol. Also if you need to holler up to a second story that dinner is done, don’t expect your son to be able to hear anything that is going on around him. He is in love with them & he spent his own money on them, so for that, I am happy too lol.

Been using these for a few months now. Love that the mic detaches. Very comfortable on my head. A wire out of each headphone is annoying (some turtle beaches I've had previously only had one wire out of the left ear). The mic on/off switch is kind of cheap. There is only 1 combined volume control, instead of one for game audio and one for voice audio (though this may just be a PlayStation thing). The main reason I took a star off is because my own voice does not come through the headphones. When you can't hear yourself talk you tend to speak much louder which is not great for those around you, especially if they're not thrilled you're playing video games in the first place.

Overall, the headset is outstanding. As a gamer, I look for the best headset and a low price, and this is it. It provides a very dynamic sound, which allows me to hear where my enemy is approaching from. My teammates can hear my call-outs very clearly and with ease. The downside of the headset is that it tends to get uncomfortable at the top due to it only being slightly padded, but when you're in the zone, you forget all about it. It covers my ears completely and drains out any background noise. It's controls are very simple: on/off switch for your voice, and a volume control to control the output to your ears. You can also use it as regular headphones by just detaching the microphone! These are the best affordable pair of headsets you will ever need for an serious gamer coming on to the competitive scene.

The sound from these little beauties is great. For the price I would not have expected anything better.

They do warm your ears up a little, but thats always going to happen with over the ear cans. Sound quality is good too, letting me hear sounds I didn't know were even there when gaming. I haven't listened to music with them, just gaming on the PS4.

They don't need any power source, just plug in to the audio jack at the back of the controller, such a blessing.

Great value for the price. The sound quality is good and the phones fit comfortably over the ears. As well as providing good sound the noise is also contained effectively so avoiding annoying others. The microphone is removeable and, when fitted, can be positioned easily and is unobtrusive. I've not used the mic' on line so can't really vouch for the sound quality but it sounded ok during set up. Speaking of which... the headphones come with clear instructions and are easy to set up.
My one minor quibble is that the headband isn't as well padded as some of the other admittedly more expensive alternatives.
