I just bought three or four different headsets that light up and supposedly have all of these different features. They came with all these extra cords/hookups and NONE of them worked with our 2 Xbox’s in the house. I just bought two of these headsets after returning the others and they work excellent! So grateful! The headsets don’t have all those extra lights and fancy designs, however, The quality and serving its overall purpose is fantastic. There is no adapter needed you can just plug it into the controller and it works. If you want to avoid a headache, this headset is your best bet.

WOW, what a tremendous difference when compared to the $80+ Xbox branded headset. These are WAY better both audio and physical quality, and you DO NOT need an audio adapter but I personally prefer to use the chat pad with it and it’ll work the same. Standard 3.5mm plug. Just plug it in the controller and go. All audio/party chat will switch to the headset automatically unless you’ve gone in your console and changed the settings and you may still need to on your tv depending on what kind it is. Some smart TVs (like Samsung) will have to be changed to audio out instead of tv speakers. And best of all, unlike the Xbox brand headphones, is that these WILL NOT leave you playing the guessing game with the volume between the game and party chat. Between the headphones chat pad and console you’ll have 3 different ways to adjust the volume all of which do the same thing. It’s got an easily accessible mute switch on the headset cord and volume adjustment. But the easiest is the audio adjustment is in the Xbox one guide. The mic part is removable, the audio is like a being in a movie theater and you can change how sensitive the microphone is too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDED!!! I wish I didint waste my money two years ago and bought the Xbox branded headset, these are more affordable too.

We've gone through 2 pairs - both with same problem. After a month or two, both sets were only semi functional. Don't bother getting the protection plan as that is not effective until a year after purchase. Customer service is ridiculous - after a few different cust. service reps contacted me (for same info), end result was having to send back headset before it could be replaced. I'm not used to that with other items I've purchased on Amazon.

Best bang for the buck here! It took me awhile to realize that you have to adjust the volume in the Xbox settings menu first, but after that, I actually have to keep them turned down! Granted there isn't any real depth to the bass, it's very affordable and my squad and I can communicate perfectly and clearly with the game sound still loud and clear. Definitely recommend this product.

The headphones are really one of the best headphones that are under $50 that I have seen. When I first got them the sound was a little low and I found change the game chat volume and game volume. I have the Xbox one and I went into settings and then to headphones. It allowed me to change the volume and game chat volume. I was really glad that I got them because they were then so much louder and comfortable. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a cheap and good sounding headphone.

It’s never been easier to scream at 12 year olds from across the globe! People complain that I sound like a robot sometimes but I think that might just be a personal issue or the fact that Xbox controllers are designed to fail especially when accessories are used with them or just my potato-powered router. Either way, this headset makes me happy for the most part. Second time purchasing in a few years. My cat destroyed the pop filter on my last one and tore up the wire coating and it still worked for a while after that. If you want something that is super high quality then pls stop complaining about this headset because it’s legitimately the best one you can buy at this price and you can save your lunch money for another month to get a sicker one with all the bells and whistles. But if you’re feeling uptight about this headset then please take your snootiness somewhere else, because as long as the complete strangers that absolutely wreck me in my mediocre pub CoD lobbies can disrespect my entire family in 2 sentences or less and I can hear it, and they can hear me audibly crying because I forgot to turn my mic off with the very easy to understand mute switch on these bad boys, I’m extremely fine with this product. 5 stars because you’re either first or your last and since I bought this product twice, I’m either dumb or it’s just that good. Prove me wrong, Dennis!

Was a gift for my lil brother, he specifically picked this one which I knew would not last at all especially with daily use but he enjoyed it while it lasted. I got warranty on it but unfortunately it only covered factory defects not accidentals because the value of it was not high enough to choose that kind of warranty which I knew before hand (I called and try to get better warranty but that’s what I was told) I personally could’ve gotten it replaced because it was a factory problem at first but then it just gradually went downhill I mean hey boys are not as careful with their things especially in the mist of playing video games so I just saved the hassle of going through the same thing and bought him a different brand. Overall it’s a good headphone but longevity is not long term. Wouldn’t recommend for younger children as accidents do happen.

Turtle beach also couldn’t care less. Got in touch several times regarding headsets and never got a response. Bought for 10 year old son who in all fairness looks after his stuff and has been left devastated when these don’t work. Don’t bother avoid disappointment

This is probably the best headset I’ve ever used. It’s comfortable, has decent-quality sound and the wires don’t usually get tangled even if you just thrown the headset around! Another thing is is that it’s also cheap. Very cheap for a good headset! I’d definately recommend to anyone who is a gamer as the microphone is also good quality! I don’t usually find a lot of cheap, good-quality microphones nowadays. It’s quite durable, it’ll take a lot to break it (unless you of course apply pressure which you can only do by purpose) so overall, it’s good, no downsides!

Estoy muy decepcionado del producto así como de su garantía, dinero tirado a la basura.
