If you are reading this, you are probably aware of the fierce debate surrounding vaccination and looking for information that will allow you to make the best decisions for yourself and your loved ones. Whether you are a parent or a parent to be, sorting through the many arguments on vaccines can be daunting. Still, you need an answer, a definitive one, to the crucial question: Who has it right in the great vaccine debate – the critics, who claim that vaccines often cause serious harm, or the medical establishment, which tells us that vaccines are safe and effective and the science is settled?

Rest assured, you have come to the right place.
Turtles All the Way Down: Vaccine Science and Myth will resolve the vaccine question for you, once and for all. By the time you finish reading, not only will you see the answer clearly for yourself, you will also have the scientific references and specific quotes at your disposal that prove it – more than 1,200 of them – all from mainstream scientific papers and textbooks, the official publications of relevant government agencies, or manufacturers’ documents.

The book consolidates a great deal of information (accompanied by detailed analysis) that is scattered in hundreds of medical articles, books, and websites. All discussion is presented in clear and easy-to-understand language, so no medical education is required. It presents several original concepts in addition to laying a robust scientific foundation for the more established ones.

Some of the fundamental vaccine safety issues covered in the book are:
  1. How is safety demonstrated before a new vaccine is licensed? What technique do vaccine manufacturers use in clinical trials to make vaccines appear safer than they actually are?
  2. What “last ditch” technique is employed when the above one cannot be, and what are its grave (and damning) ethical implications?
  3. What is the scientific foundation of the safety of vaccination, and what practical tools does this body of science provide physicians to anticipate, diagnose, and treat vaccine injury?
  4. What fundamental flaws are built into vaccine adverse events reporting systems, and how are these systems used (or misused) by health authorities to support their safety claims?
  5. What kinds of post-marketing vaccine studies are conducted, and how can they be manipulated by researchers to produce “favorable” outcomes?
  6. Why would researchers want to skew vaccine research, and how could skewed results be promulgated by the scientific community?
  7. Why would medical journals publish faulty vaccine science? What is the role of the famed “peer review” in this process?
  8. What are “the studies that will never be done” by the medical establishment and how long it has resisted doing them? (Hint: more than 100 years!)
  9. What key CDC-recommended childhood vaccination guidelines were arbitrarily set, without an adequate scientific basis?

In addition, three cornerstones of vaccination lore are covered in depth:
  1. What is herd immunity, and how does it apply (or not) to the vaccines on the childhood schedule?
  2. What role did vaccines actually play in the historical decline of infectious disease?
  3. Was the paralysis associated with polio actually caused by the poliovirus? Is there a better explanation for the great paralysis epidemics of the 20th century? What are the “19 polio mysteries”?

The book is intended for parents overwhelmed by conflicting messaging on this important topic, but it is also an excellent reference for medical researchers and professionals who seek a better understanding of vaccine safety science. Whether you are new to the vaccine debate or a “veteran” seeking a deeper grasp of the science, this book is a must-read. It also serves as an excellent primer on vaccination to share with friends and relatives who may benefit from a deep dive into the subject.

This book is what divides pro vaccine people (who’s been lied to for so many years) from the truth. It takes time, but I recommend this one to everybody who is still in doubt about the history of vaccines

I’m only halfway through this book but it is so well laid out and goes into so much around vaccines. The chapter on clinical trial design and the history and results of some of the clinical trials is easy for folks to understand. The references are documented thoroughly for ease of continued research.
Looking forward to the other half!

I finally finished reading this book cover to cover, and browsed the EXCELLENT accompanying references pdf (complete with super-convenient embedded hyperlinks). It took me a long time to finish this book, and that it a deficiency on my part, rather than that of the author(s), who make the subject as digestible as possible, and explain the concepts in a way that even a lay reader with no prior knowledge of the field will be able to navigate. Even a precocious middle-schooler should be able to finish it.

If you only pick up one book on the subject, this is worth your time. I’m delighted to see that an audiobook version was finally released, because I think that will make it a lot more digestible (I personally would have finished it a lot sooner if I hadn’t bought it before the audiobook version came out, and I look forward to going through it again in that format – seriously, it was that good). That being said, in a book of this size and scope, expect to find parts that take effort to get through, and parts that you can’t put down (and which parts those are will likely vary from reader to reader). The book as a whole is an investment that will pay off, and if I could go back in time and slap myself upside the head, I would have made myself read this before any of the other books I read for new parents.

I learned something in every chapter, including the ones where I had some familiarity with the subject matter. The chapter on polio, especially, blew my mind. I hope someday in the coming years the authors can publicly reveal their identities and be recognized for the insane amount of work that went into this labor of love.

The treatment of the subject is very systematic, and an especially good format for helping the reader’s retention. Each chapter addresses its subtopics in a good, natural order of progression (and also chronologically where that aids the delivery). Each chapter ends with good summary points helping the reader retain what has been covered, as well as section dealing with counterarguments. The summation at the end of the book is also helpful to tie everything together.

There’s nothing kooky in here (I admit, I was afraid I’d find that). The authors are restrained and very careful about where the evidence points and where evidential deficiencies are and what evidence SHOULD exist but doesn’t. They don’t straw-man opposing arguments. Instead, they steel-man those arguments and THEN address them. The authors quote so many primary sources, I can’t imagine the thousands of hours of legwork and thousands of dollars it had to personally cost them to pull all of those together. The accompanying references pdf deserves its own commendatory shout-out. With over 250 pages of references, most of them conveniently hyperlinked and ALL referenced in such a way as to enable readers to easily track down and verify the claims made. This is written by people who WANT readers to check the sources for themselves, and have made it as easy as humanly possible to do so, and it is the opposite of what we see from organizations like the CDC.

This is a compendium of research that’s easily understandable to demonstrate the history and results of vaccine development and implementation. Very illuminating and should be in the library of everyone who wants to know the truth of how we got where we are.

I can tell the negative reviews didn’t actually read the book, but cherry picked and skimmed. Some even say there are no references, and somehow totally missed the 1,240 references cited in this book— that are detailed in a SEPARATE electronic document available for free download. How silly to rate it one star based on misunderstanding. I feel it’s definitely a topic worth researching, and this book is a phenomenal place to begin. Read it for yourself, then decide, but read it in its entirety. It may be upsetting to those who have been indoctrinated, recommending these for decades without a foundation— yet so worthy of discomfort to simply, open to the history, foundations, efficacy, safety, and epidemiology. Truly a gem.

Rare are those who do source data homework before injecting a/multiple vaccine(s) into their bodies. Would they willingly do so were they aware of the many vaccine excipients listed on the CDC’s website such as: formaldehyde, recombinant HUMAN albumin, aluminum hydroxide, bovine serum albumin, “other process chemical residues,” etc.. Add to that the lack of true, inert placebos used in trials, selecting out clinical trial participants prone to placebo responses in pre-trial vetting, misleading data conclusions presented in terms of “Relative Risk Reduction” in lieu of “Absolute Risk Reduction,” one realizes that it is actually not known how safe or effective these biological are. Excellent read unmasking the pervasive “noble lie” that all licensed/approved vaccines are safe & effective.

Truth - only truth. A must read. Too busy though to read her cover to cover as I’ve lived and researched most of the contents of this book throughout the past 4 years and counting.

A very easy read and overall great presentation of the research.

An in-depth analysis of the functioning of vaccine industry & conflicts of interest of researchers, medical doctors & Government regulators to promote unsafe & injections of questionable efficacy for inappropriate personal gains. The author meticulously dissects into the false science being propagated by dishonest bureaucrats & medical scientists with genuine facts & undeniable references. You will definitely seek honest answers from your pediatrician for some tough queries when you take your child for the shots. I would rather keep my child unvaccinated after all that I learnt from the book. Thanks for the effort of thorough & painful research that has gone into publishing this book. No doubt the author must've faced huge pressure from the vaccine mafia before, during & after the publication.

This was an exceptional book,. It was grounded in unbiased and dispassionate research, carefully analysing our currently available information and data regarding vaccinations. After living through the Covid fiasco and about to start a family, I felt it was my parental duty to have an understanding of what exactly the regime is recommending for my future children. It turns out that the state of vaccinations is far worse than I had expected.

Great book that tells you how the bigpharma work to make sure to get you taking the vaccines.
The 2 others are adding after each chapter a couple of questions which you can ask your GP in case you have doubts. Very good book!
