Great nail clippers. I'm very happy with this purchase. They're solid and feel sturdy while using them. The black colour seems to be just colour as I can't tell a difference in the grip or anything. It does look nice though.
I like the large straight cut for toe nails as it's supposed to reduce the chances of an ingrown toe nail, so I've been told. I'm not a doctor, don't quote me on that. If there's any reason to use straight clippers on toes is because it looks better. Just make sure to keep the funk and jam out from underneath the corners.
There is no nail file thing on it so you have to get that separately. They cut pretty clean so a file might not even be needed.
The blades seem to be really sharp. I've only used them a few times so far and they seem like they'll stay sharp for a long time. I'll update this at some point to report how the sharpness maintains.
10/10, would purchase again. Would be 11/10 if it came with a nail file.

Few people buy nail clippers unless they can't find theirs. For some reason no matter how many you have they disappear, kind of like socks. I liked the look of these along with the fact it was a two pack instead of just a single nail clipper. I opened up the packaging soon after receiving them and was immediately impressed with how heavy they were as well as their construction. These clippers were not constructed with a pin holding it together, but are actually welded together as you can see from the picture. These clippers are not smooth and shiny like many others, but matte and slightly textured which is great as my fingers don't start sliding down it when I am trying to use my off hand. The construction is also made from heavier duty metal and so it is slightly thicker than normal clippers. I know this because, about 10 minutes after I opened these, I found my lost ones, but I am not going back to the old ones, not after I used these.
The little clipper does not have the file that you sometimes see with small clippers, and honestly, with how much I like these I didn't even realize it until I found the runaways. If you are hesitating because of the price, don't. These clippers are well worth the money, not only for their durability but also for their usability.
