Thank you for putting together this fine and timely book!
with men. That made them angry. But the sad thing is that most, if not all, of my students were neglected as children. Many had non-participatory
parents and were raised by grandparents or foster parents or institutions. So the cycle continues. They father children whose lives they are absent from.
I wish this book had existed then. And I wish that women will never have to endure life threatening illegal operations again. It's time to cherish the children
we chose to have and not to make them prison fodder because of some misplaced idea that abortion is wrong.
The truth is, it's an honor to have my short comic included in this anthology. The other contributors are an amazing collection of talented writers and activists. They explore the issues surrounding attacks on reproductive rights from many different angles and perspectives. You will be entertained, enraged and inspired!
This book is an easy read, I like that it is many short stories, so brings many perspectives, rather than just one writer. Some of the stories are during my time (I'm 50), and some are from the generations before me, very scary!
