I have been using these for almost 20 years. They really work for keeping yeast in balance, and help with sinus infections (yes, you can have yeast there too!) and gut health. Great price and quick delivery from Amazon, glad to find them here so I don't have to hunt for them at the health food store.

I had to rate these "ok" because the serving size is 5. In combination with the other supplements I am taking, it is too cumbersome to take 5 of these in the morning. They aren't even small, which would allow me to take several in one swallow, like I do my vitamin D capsules.These are powder filled capsules, so you can't use a pill cutter to make them smaller. They are the gelatin capsules that stick to your tongue.I like the ingredients. They contain garlic and caprylic acid, which I was taking separately, so it has helped me by reducing 2 of my supplements. However, the bottle says they contain extra strength biotin, but it contains less than my hair, skin and nail vitamins. I have to be careful with biotin and headaches, so I end up switching back and forth every day between taking the yeast fighters and my skin vitamins. Because of that, I don't know if that has diminished the chance of these working properly, but I haven't noticed any difference in my white coated tongue.I have been taking these every other day for 2 weeks.

The ingredient content of the supplement I received is not the same as listed in the item description on Amazon and is simply less effective. Have read a million reviews like this on Amazon - this is the first time it's happened to me.
