This book is a rollercoaster of emotional battles with themselves and within each relationship that’s built between the four main characters Stevie, Chris, Jaymerson, and Hunter. I enjoyed reading small details on Jaymerson and Hunters relationship in this book but I felt so connected with Stevie and her journey.

The tissues are needed for this one! What a beautifully written chapter of battle of wanting to run and staying. (26) It was like Stacey Marie Brown put me in the room with them all and I felt the emotions.

By far one of my favorite series read. Stacey Marie Brown has quickly placed herself on the top of my must read whatever she writes list. Thank you to her for bringing us these two amazing love stories!

As always, Stacey Marie Brown brings on the feels. Stevie, what a character and what a story!

Seeing Stevie's PoV, how her panic increased in certain situations and how her mind works was truly a beautiful insight into a mind that has already been hurt enough for a lifetime. Her walls are there for a reason and while you still understand it, you sometimes still want to beat her over the head.

It was raw, hard to read at times but still a breath of fresh air. Her conversation with Grandma Penny was one moment that resonated with me in so many ways. The connection was instant with this book.

This is a truly magnificent character and so are her relationships. Jayme's soul sister, her mother's daughter, her friend's defender and bodyguard when needed, but still the vulnerable girl that can be stronger than all. Stevie's story definitely needed to be told and it was done so magnificently. I'm glad we got to read it. Gypsy will never be the same song for me again...just like Tarzan will always be Chris.

The book was the perfect ending to one of my favorite romance series ever!!! Stacey Marie Brown does such a fantastic job developing her characters and pouring all kinds of emotions into the writing. I would highly recommend this series to any romance fans who haven't given her a chance.

We first meet Stevie in her whiskeys books (Jaymerson) and you can’t help but like her from that start but you knew underneath the facade that she presented there was a story ... and what a story she meets her Tarzan and life goes in a direction she never thought she’d have.

It was an emotional rollercoaster for sure but one that was definitely worth the ride

I’m hoping we get a Jones and Megan story in the future.
