I have to agree this IS out dated
on July 2, 2013
This is generally a very low fat, low to moderate carb, low calorie diet. To sum it up on the "on days" you are allowed approx 500 calories, 55 carbs, and minimal fat (no added fats, 1 egg cooked dry, no fats in salad dressings, chicken, turkey or fish etc) On the off days you are allowed 700-1200 calories (depends on the craver you choose) 90-130 carbs ( again with out craver closer to 90 w/craver above that. A craver is a snack you choose 1 serving, a pat of butter is also included in your cravers and you can choose 2 only) Anyway, this sums it up for the diet part. If you wanted to do this diet you could use the quidelines they have and alter your selections accordingly ie similar calorie, carb, protein, fat free foods as a substitute, for a more updated menu. I am sure you would lose weight with this diet, but it is not for me.
