I got this because I love puzzles, it took me forever to put together completely. I didn't have unlimited time to put into it at once, or a good place for it to sit while at work but I persevered and finished. I won $1, so not much of a reward (think Ralphie in Christmas Story with the decoder pin). And I have no desire to try and put it together again seeing how long it took me.
Great gift for someone who likes a challenge, a good tip is if you're not sure if two pieces fit together hold them up to the light and look at the back, if you can see gaps then it's a no. And if it looks right but you can't find any other piece that might work, it's not it.
Go for it, the worst is you win is $1. And you still won so... try your luck.

Buffalo Puzzle is so pretty but so frustrating!

Got it for my 15 year old son for Christmas. We always do a puzzle during holiday break but I think he started getting bored with the tradition until he knew there was money involved! It took us almost 2 weeks to finish because we only work at night when the younger siblings are asleep. We won $100!!! We found an informative YouTube video that showed the QR code that matched our claim code on the website so we knew it was worth putting it together. Had it only have been $1 we would have quit after the first day! We printed a screenshot of the QR Code to help guide us. The pieces don’t fit well but look for how the intricate pattern lines up as you try to fit them. Definitely organize your pieces by color like black left nubs in one area, double black nubs, blue nubs. OH! To make it way more difficult, our puzzle had all the same shape pieces (2 nubs and 2 holes opposite each other). We could tell the vertical from Horizonte because some were fat and some were skinny.

The puzzle pieces were all the same shape and fit in many different locations. They also did not inter lock and the puzzle kept falling apart. There were some damaged pieces and also I missing piece.
I finally got it to scan as they did say it would scan if there were missing pieces.. I won a $1.00. Of which I have yet to see. It is suppose to come in an electronic e-mail. Still Waiting.
The puzzle does not interlock. And they are all the same shape puzzle pieces
