But the real problem comes to him from a 9 year old boy - Marcello O'Hara that wants to be Tree's P.I. partner. Marcello comes up with 'actual
clients from his school classmates.
This was an enjoyable, easy reading type mystery that has an interesting story line and believable characters.
Looking forward to more adventures with Tree and Marcello.
Robert Sullivan (Full disclosure, Ron and I worked together at The Windsor Star many years ago)
detective Tree Callister to find what their father does when he goes out at night. There is police brutality,
murder, questions of theft of nine million dollars. Enough to challenge any mystery lover.
Kids hire the Sanibel detective to sort out what's going on with their father, which is way more than they guessed.
He sticks his nose in to a lot of places he'd be better off leaving to the cops, which, by the way, seem to hate him.
I didn't find this to be one of the books I couldn't put done----I had no problem leaving it and coming back later.
