Editorial Reviews

From the Author

Each story has a humorous tale to tell.
The main characters in this book are based on my two great-nieces, Addy and Izzy as I have witness many funny events throughout their lives.
They use their knowledge in various ways to get, or do, what they want. I hope you adore their prattle tales as much as I did in writing them.

Thank you,

"In a world of words, anything is possible." --Laura Wright LaRoche

What a delightful book! Anyone who grew up with brothers or sisters (in my case THREE sisters) will be visited by fond memories of their own childhood while reading these stories. Addy and Izzy each have a fair amount of mischief in them, and it's truly hilarious when they manage to outsmart themselves! Ms. LaRoche writes with an easy pen; the stories each flow well and are very enjoyable. I felt the amount of detail in each story was just right - concise and to the point without extra "filler". I thoroughly enjoyed the book and recommend it for everyone that enjoys relaxing with a fun story!

The stories inside are tales of the little adventures of two little sisters named Addy and Izzy. There is a playtime, gardening, first day of school among other adorable stories.

They are quite entertaining and well told by the author. Adorable, quorky and sweet are these girls. Having children of my own around the same age I can relate to some of these experiences and applaud Mommy in the book.
She is very patient with her two confident determined girls and I was left chuckling as they interacted with each other and how Mommy handled them.

Sisters and brothers can fight a lot and tattle too...this would be a very enjoyable book to read along with your son or daughter before bed. They would be suprised how similar their own experiences/adventures are to Addy's and Izzy's.

Chuckles will follow and with ten seperate tales, it's perfect to read one each night...

A wonderful read at a very reasonable price.

This has got to be one of the strangest books I've ever read. I despised the first few pages. I couldn't understand why anyone would make entertainment out of two bratty, deviant, manipulative, lying, snotty kids. However, I kept reading and after a few more pages I was completely mesmerized by the writing and the stories. Instead of being angry at the behavior of the little girls I began to reminisce about my own childhood and could relate to some of the things that happened. I really enjoyed the author's writing style. While the stories focus on the children's bad behavior primarily, there were some funny moments and even some touching moments. This book is a keeper for me. I'm glad I didn't give up in the beginning.
