Ok, so if I was rating on just story alone I would have given it 5 stars. But I had some issues with it. Only two really. 1. It was slow in parts for me. Not really an issue for me. 2. The sex scenes though descriptive and HOT over shadowed the story at times. For me that was an issue. I love a great descriptive sex scene as much as the next person but it got to the point where I was skipping pages to bypass the sex scenes. For that alone I would have given it 3 stars. To level it out I gave it 4 stars.
The story itself is great. It made me feel. Joy, happiness, sorrow and grief. It made me cry. Yet, it I also
I absolutely love the story of how Max and Lauren come to be. This prequel couldn't be more perfect.
After becoming an intern for Conti Coffee, Lauren is looking to add flavor and experience to her resume. However, she gains much more than she expects. When she meets Max, she wants to keep it professional, to impress him, for him to recognize her skills. And does he ever!!! Their spark is undeniable. Can he take it to the next level and remain professional? Even more so can he let her go when her internship is up...
Beyond happy with Two and all the insight it delivers. Brilliant read. Bravo S.C. Daiko!
How I LOVE this book! It far exceeded my expectations. I went in knowing it was erotica, but the story that unfolded really brought it together for me. There were too many steamy scenes & roles to go into. Just be aware you will need to change your panties many times.
It written very well and flowed well. I enjoyed all the characters as they each brought something to the relationship. You can't help who you love. This story is a great example of that, plus hot sex. I'm too excited that there will be sequel.
From the very moment I started reading Four I was hooked. It took me right back to Three, remembering all those familiar feelings in my heart & below the belt. Four is quite different on so many levels. It was all so unexpected which is why their story stood out amongst others.
Max, Lauren, and Steve are busy making future plans, trying for a baby, hoping to make their three into a four, and enjoying practicing while waiting. But life has a certain way of throwing plans for a loop. Steve has an "old" friend come stay with them. Will Max and Lauren be able to adjust or will it tear them apart. One thing is for sure, there's a major change in Steve. With each page I never new which way their story would end. I didn't want it to end. My heart felt so much and I'm still left wanting to talk about it, cry about it, scream about it...HOW I LOVE THIS BOOK! This is truly a book to experience.
A journey about three people who love each to the fullest and their love being strong enough to become a Four.
I have previously read and reviewed Three and Four. With this boxset you get Two which is a prequel to Three and Four and focuses on Lauren and Max. How they met and how things between them actually got started. if you've read Three and Four you know that Lauren met Max when she goes to Rome to intern at his company, Conti Coffee. Two focuses on the two months she was there and what happened between them. I found it to be very emotional because I had already read Three and Four and knew what the future held for them. Still I loved every single second of it. If your new to this series you will be lucky enough to get the background on Lauren and Max before Three and Four.
Lauren is a young creative woman living in Seattle and having a long distance relationship with Max. He's her Dom. She's now moving to live with him and work for Max's company in Rome, Italy. Max has also hired Steve an Englishman and he will be rooming with them as well while working for Max. Lauren's fantasy soon becomes a reality with Max and Steve. With such an unconventional relationship being kept pretty much a secret what could possibly go wrong?
Lauren is young and beautiful and has been a sub to her Dom Max when she was an intern for his dad's company several years ago. Max and Lauren have kept in touch and play over video calls but Lauren and Max are finally being reunited when she moves to Rome, Italy to work for Max. When she first meets Steve the guy she will be closely working with she is very standoffish with him. She's not thrilled he's staying in the house and cutting into her playtime with Max. Lauren is however attracted to Steve and finds out he is bi and wants big hing more than to have her threesome fantasy come true. With the fantasy becoming reality secrets Max has been keeping become revealed and when the they are spied on all hell seems to break lose. I really enjoyed this book. It's has an excellent story line as well as some kindle melting scenes.
This book is filled with BDSM scenes and contains m/m/f amd m/m scenes. If at a disturbing to you this may not be the book for you. But if you enjoy Menage books by all means this is one you do not want to miss.
It's been a year since Max, Steve, and Lauren overcame their commitment issues and chased away demons. Now they are all set to become four. It should be he happiest time of their life. Trying for a baby with two hot men who love Lauren more than life. Chats however is on the horizon with the arrival of Steve's friend James from London. James with his own agenda and a whole lot of history. Steve is suddenly changing into someone Max and Lauren don't know. He morphing into a different man before their very eyes.
Four is the sequel to Three. They are both written as standalone's. I however loved Three and hope you will give it a try to get the full experience of how Lauren Max and Steve become a couple.
I fell so in love with each of these characters in Three. Max, Lauren, and Steve have overcome the odds and are in an amazingly loving relationship. Their rest to expand their relationship by adding a baby. Becoming Four. But things are about to change when James comes to visit and Steve starts acting like a totally different person. This book shattered my heart. It broke it into a million pieces but S.C. Daikon will put it back together again. Filled with love, passion, drama and tragedy Four is a must read.
This entire boxset is a must read for lovers of menage romances. It is highly emotional and different from the usual menage romances out there. I loved it and even though it's been months since I read these stories I still to this day think about Max, Lauren, and Steve.
