    After being a backer of both 'foodie dice and 'mixology dice' on the crowdfunding platform that "starts with a kick" and can attest to the quality of those (mind you they were not painted but still), these are not up to par and I suspect it's because of where they are made: the picture included shows the paint chip coming off one of one die (first time out of the tube).Yes both the aforementioned campaigns were for products which cost twice as much (glass tumblers, natural cork, etc) I would still pay more if they were of better quality and didn't chip the moment I let them out of the cardboard tube for the first time.With that out of the way, I find the product interesting and useful I just wish for a better quality product from two tumbleweeds which have proven they could do if they wanted.I will give them a 4 star score for that.

    The words are obviously limited, since they're just dice with 6 sides, but they've proven to be a fantastic starting out point and have broken me out of my writer's block. So if you're stuck, I highly recommend them! However, just know that some of the words are printed poorly on the dice. They aren't unreadable at all, but it looks like it was made with the words just stamped on the wood, which is wood, so it's uneven in places. Again, it does not ruin them, but I know some people are perfectionists and wouldn't like that. It's also a wee bit pricey for what you get. I think some more dice would be cool, or even polyhedral dice for more options. Like a larger d8, d10, or d12.
