Tye's Undoing is a prequel to Twice Lost. The reader learns who Tye is and what his Harbinger does. Tye and Maggie's relationship takes off full speed ahead which is a little disappointing. But when you are dealing with immortals and people less than human, it is what it is. You get a glimpse into Maggie's family life which isn't ideal. A situation which plays out in Twice Lost with Maggie being a minor character. Still, Tye's Undoing is a page turner and I cannot wait for the next book in the series.

I was given this book in return for an honest review.
Margaret has lived most of her life paralyzed by visions she doesn't understand. In vivid detail she can recall places she has never been nor should even exist. She doesn't trust many with her secret's but there is something about Tye that makes her feel safe.
While neither give too much information to the other, they find themselves unable to stop the insane chemistry they have. To get to the bottom of Margaret's visions they must first be able to open to each other outside the bedroom. Whether or not they are successful is left to another book and what these visions mean to the future is left unfinished.
While the book was short, it did not lack in heat but I felt it was lacking in substance. I wanted to know more and what happens with our main characters and also the other characters we meet. This little snippet was definitely enough to capture my attention because I just wanted more.

This novella had one problem- it was a novella and not a novel. I enjoyed Twice Lost, the first book in this series, and it was nice to get Tye's story. Read morePublished 14 months ago by Constance Reynolds
