I love this! I use this during my daily 45 minute walk with my dog with knee supports from Futuro (3M) I can hardly feel any back pain now even after sitting at my desk all day. I also greatly reduced the pelvic and upper leg aches.

Update of my review above:
This is my 4th order because the effects of the belt just spreads by word of mouth. I ordered for my 86 year old dad who suffers from back pain and my staff who suffers from Scoliosis. Both have told me of marked improvements and are no longer suffering back aches. This recent order is for my remaining staff who also suffers back aches at the end of the day hunched over their computers.

Recently, I have not been going on my walks due to bad weather. As a result, I have pelvic pains. I wore the belt for less than an hour and it went away :)

So glad I have this !

I purchased this for my husband. He doesn't do a lot of heavy lifting but when he does he has to be very careful as the slightest wrong move could throw his back out. He's always had lower back problems both from generics and gym injuries.
His first impression upon putting it on was that it instantly hugged his back and abdominals, almost like a corset. He felt supported and proceeded to lift a few various things around the house; the couch, our small trunk, even me.
He did feel some pressure in his back when lifting and he thinks that's part due to the structure of this support belt. The lower back is a little weak as it's only made with two plastic supports, he thinks a thicker material even a thicker plastic would be stronger. But I think that would be difficult as it would not maintain its flexibablity. However, he still felt confindent lifting with it and rather wear it then not. He liked that this isnt just a simple wrap but rather wrapped and has two bands that stretch, rather well, across his waist for added security. The size is pretty good, he is a 40 waist and still managed to get it around him and secured, despite the product stating it only went up to a 36 waist.
It had a strong chemical smell upon unpacking it. I sprayed it with febreeze and let it air out on my terrece for a day which helped. It is constructed out of a very durable material, which seems like good quality.
All in all, my husband is happy with the product. He will continue using it whenever he needs to lift something heavy.

I love it and it handled the back problems I had. However, it said that there was only 1 size but the inside did stated "L" for large. Not sure if there is actually a smaller size. I am a size 2/4 so this item was a bit too big. Stating this, however it still worked out well.

I love it! I had back pain during and after my pregnancy that left me bounded sitting or laying. I was in constant pain. I bought this in hopes it will help me and it has. Now I'm able to move around, get chores done, carry my new born daughter in my arms and I feel my back is rebuilding its muscle strength while I wear the back belt. The back support belt is made very well and is strong. The velcro is strong too, so it doesn't detach itself. If you wear tight fitting close over the belt it will be noticeable, I advise you to wear loose clothing so the belt is not noticeable under your clothes. Also make sure you choose the correct size. Thank you sooooo much. I'm very happy!

This belt is a Large. It's too big for an average woman's frame. I'm 5'7 and weigh 135 lbs. I wouldn't recommend this for women. But, the quality is good. If you are man and looking for a good back support belt, this one should do.
