I used this device to replace a $172 control module for a rear blower motor on a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer. Had to employ the use of a relay to trigger it from the key switch but well worth the extra labor. On a constant 18amp draw it stays cool with no air flow in a confined space. The wires for the control knob can be cut and extended so the knob can be installed far away from the controller. Works exactly like I needed it to. To replace the OEM control module I would have had to completely remove the HVAC system from the rear of the vehicle which would require evacuation and capture of the entire ac system. This device saved me hundreds of dollars and a few hours of labor.
I used this to retrofit my son's power wheels. I 3d printed a pedal from Thingiverse that uses the potentiometer for speed control, and replaced the high/low/reverse lever with the switch on the dash. I extended some of the wiring and it's working great.
The Forward direction stops working every 15 minutes of use. It will work again after you wait around 30 minutes. I tried it on 2 different trolling motors. Same issue on both.
