Nice large volume diffuser!

Unlike most of the reviews here I did not get a promotion on this, I bought it simply because it looked like it fit what I was looking for at the time, now that I've had it a week to try it I thought I'd come back & write a review for those who are skeptical of reviews from people who received items free. The thing that drew me to this diffuser the most was the fact that it holds 300ml of water, rather than only 125ml that the diffuser in my "to be un-named oil distributor" kit came with, that one runs out of water within a few hours & it's been annoying me to have to keep refilling it all the time, the URPOWER diffuser runs for hours on end without needing a refill, almost the whole night through. I LOVE that it has a mist opening on one side of the top of the unit instead of just coming out the top in the middle so that I can direct it off the edge of the dresser that I have it on, the other one I have the mist comes out the middle & I'm always worried about the wood getting ruined, with this one I don't have that problem. It runs fairly quietly & I like the color options on it & that I can turn them off also when I don't want the mood lighting. Another nice feature is that it has several time options to chose from or you can just set it to run (which is what I do most of the time) because it automatically turns off.

I did take off one star for a few minor things that if changed would have made this perfect for me:
1) it does beep when it shuts off, which isn't too loud & hasn't really annoyed me yet but if you use it at night & are a light sleeper it might be enough to wake you
2) it is kind of stiff to put the lid on correctly, the lid fits over the base with water just fine but once you have it on it takes a bit more force than I think it should to try to get the arrows to line up at the bottom, it's gotten stuck a few times & it's been difficult to try to adjust while also trying not to slosh water around the inside.

All in all though I like this diffuser way better than the other one that we have and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a larger volume diffuser!

Interestingly, I ordered this diffuser for my husband's office and at the same time, this pricier one Essential Oil Diffuser for Aromatherapy & Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier - BPA Free Diffuser for Essential Oils - 7 Colors & 4 Timer Settings - Auto Shut-Off - 300ml - The Essential Wellness for my own office.

For all intents and purposes further confirmed after more than a week of usage - they are obviously identical machines. The more expensive one had a prettier outside box, has a different logo on it, has arrow to line up for the top and had more detailed directions - but everything about them was identical including the electrical plug and the added 150ml pouring cup. (this URPower one didn't come with the arrows to line up the cover, even though that is what is pictured on this listing). If you are considering purchasing the more expensive one, I hate to say it and "bash" the pricier one but it really is the identical diffuser once you get them out of the box and running. I wouldn't say this over a couple of dollars, but the price difference of about $14 was significant enough to capture at least my attention! I still very much appreciate the pricier one because it gave me all the details I needed and wanted throughout the listing and the delivery of it - it's listing and customer service appear to be more than likely US based. Please see my pics - 1: side by side with cover, 2: side by side without cover, 3: side by side with boxes and showing one of the measuring cups - identical one received with both diffusers.

That is why I am giving a 5 star on this one because it gives so much value for the money. And also a 5 star to the other pricier one, because it had more support, more details and more helpful direction that I needed. I'm keeping both of them!!

As a first time diffuser user, I am very pleased with the larger size of the reservoir at 300ml , the light options (on/off/low/high/one color/rotating colors), the misting options, the timer, the auto-off and the general look of it. No complaints with either one because they are performing identically and with reference to the pricier one, I really feel like I scored a great value on this URPower one!!

P.S. they both emit the identical medium to low level "double beep" when they shut off, whenever shut off occurs either due to the timer ending or the automatic shut off when the water is completely used. This beep while sleeping or quietly enjoying the peace and calm of the diffuser almost sounds like an alarm and really ruins the moment. This seems quite contrary to the intent of the diffuser and essential oils but I don't see an obvious way to turn that off, but if that has to be, I guess I'll have to deal with it.

Very quiet. Does have a trickling water noise but it is soothing. Runs practically all day! Smells wonderful and looks great too! Puts out uneven amounts of condensation. Sometimes when I turn it on it will have a stream as shown in the video other times you can’t tell it’s on. Only downside is a loud beep when it shuts off.

Very simple yet elegant design. I bought this for my massage therapy room at work, & the light is soothing and just bright enough to not interfere with the calming ambiance of my work. I especially like that it clicks closed; a lot of other diffusers I have tried don’t fasten - they just sit on top of the water reservoir. Love that it is both timed (60, 180, & 360 minutes) and it can be left “on” for those longer days when I have so many clients that I don’t have time to adjust in between sessions. Whisper-quiet; I have to stand near it to hear anything, & even then, it’s soft & not disruptive. A good, strong mist output, but only if not full - that part is frustrating.

I bought two of these diffusers. The first one works great, the mist is about the same as a very expensive machine. I liked it so much I bought a second one, the new one stopped working after 1 hour. Now I am worried that the current one I own won’t make it long. The quality is inconsistent, I would skip it. I paid 24.00 for it and needed it for my trip home for Christmas since I am not feeling well. Instead I will have to return it, and stand in line 1 hr at the post office. Not going to do it, so I just ate 24.00. Stay away from this machine. JUNK JUNK JUNK.

I received a plastic diffuser that came with incomplete instructions in poor English. For instance, there were no instructions on how to remove the cover to fill it with water. (I found guidance on YouTube.) It was approximately 5 inches tall and maybe 3 inches wide, making it a perfect choice for a bedside table.The diffuser had a cheap, chintzy feel, however, and seemed defective from the start. First, the cover wouldn't come off easily (even with the YouTube guidance). Then, the mist bar was wobbly and only worked when I pressed in some parts of the bar but not others. It seemed like something that should cost a few dollars on at a discount store. The two times it worked, the mist was good, the oil diffused nicely, and the lights were pretty. But even the light button seemed flimsy and about to break. AFTER TWO USES, the mist button only selected the 60-minute operation choice. The other times and continuous operation no longer functioned. This is a completely disappointing product which I am returning.

Love it. Use it every night through the dry winter months. Also great for easing sniffles when sick, use eucalyptus oil & you'll breathe comfortably. My 5 y/o step-daughter loves the colours of the lights & it really helps her sleep better when she's sick. Could be a bit quieter but you get used to the him & I barely even notice it anymore.

I had ordered one last year and was very pleased with it ! I wanted to offer one to my mom for her birthday so I ordered another one ! She was so excited when I gave her this gift ! So the disappointment was huge when I've tried to open the lid of the diffuser and realized it was so tight (of course after you twist it to "unlock" it), that there's no way to put water in it and hope to open it again without making a big mess cause you need to tilt the whole thing in order to hold it firmly enough to separate the 2 pieces ! It's almost as if I have a round base and an "oval" lid or vice-versa. It's just way too tight to manipulate it easily and without using a lot of force ! I'm now sharing my own "old" diffuser with her (which is the same product but can actually be open easily) but of course that has to be temporary ! I hope I can find a way to return it without any cost ! And have another one quickly !

I find this diffuser to be too noisy and makes a swishing water noise which makes it difficult to sleep at night. The lid is not the smoothest to open. The plus is that the different colour options are quite nice and the auto shut off options.
