*1 teaspoons calcium carbonate powder
* 5 drops of liquid stevia
* 5 drops concentrated trace minerals liquid
* 5 drops peppermint essential oil 
* 2.5 drops lemon essential oil 
* 2.5 drops spearmint essential oil 
* 1 cup of filtered water
