Sturdy pan, but coating doesn't last
I liked the sturdiness of these pans and it helped cook my pies nice and even. However I am disappointed that the coating is already coming off after only 3 uses. I handwash them and do not use metal on them, so I'm not sure why the coating is coming off already. If it wasn't for that I would rate these 5 stars. I still recommend them but just beware the coating doesn't seem to last.
