Very well-made in the U.S.A.! This is the 2nd most used 'accessory' I use in the Gormia air fryer. - the 1st are the round parchment paper liners Not that these have anything to do with culinary talent (with which I have zero understanding) - it's that these two things make air fryer cleanup MUCH faster and easier (very easy to make and minimal cleanup is my idea of a great recipe).
Originally I found a somewhat smaller pan (which happened to be made in that 'other' country) - yeah, it was $ cheaper - but so is its construction - which was VERY apparent when I got the USA Pan. Its heavier weight, and superior finish put in a different league - and I appreciate the quality.
