Update:I’m not sure what’s going on but every time I bake a cake they dome in the center. Never had this problem with my older pans. This results in having to cut quite a bit of the tops off to get a nice, level two or three layer cake. It seems like the sides rise only to a certain point and no further. Am not sure why but it happens every time.I’m ordering another brand and will test to see if this happens again. I ordered two sets of two pans so that I could have the capacity to do three layers. The first set came perfect. The second had a pan with significant scratches. So I returned it and got an exchange. The exchange came defective. As you can see by the photos the coating is off. They wouldn’t accept another exchange so returning the set for another try, as I love these pans!They are sturdy and cakes really don’t stick. So easy to clean.They will not stack so will have to find a good locale for them.I recommend these pans but with the caveat that the coating is properly done.
