The pan is sturdy and thick. I really like the size and shape for making a nice square loaf of bread. I used it to make homemade brioche and it turned out great, evenly baked and didn’t stick. My only concern is that there are folds in the interior that creat a small gap where dough and water can get it and you’re not able to clean those parts. I’d recommend lining it with parchment paper if you plan on making something like a cake or banana bread that has a runny batter.

The pan is sturdy and thick. I really like the size and shape for making a nice square loaf of bread. I used it to make homemade brioche and it turned out great, evenly baked and didn’t stick. My only concern is that there are folds in the interior that creat a small gap where dough and water can get it and you’re not able to clean those parts. I’d recommend lining it with parchment paper if you plan on making something like a cake or banana bread that has a runny batter.
