The brackets are typical Ubiquiti quality. Very good, sturdy, and gets the job done. Not a lot to say on it... it's a bracket to take the small footprint edge products and make them fit in a standard rack.
My issue is with the people who have these left on the shelf and are making them up to no end. I get that everything is hard to get these days, but 500% markup or getter is just bad... unfortunately when you need them you have no choice to pay it... but still... maybe someone at Amazon will see this and try to do something about the price gouging that is going on... clearly it's not just in the automotive world anymore...

Absolutely a must if you have a network rack
The rack mount works as advertised. Quality seems very good and it is a metal unit. It does include the little screws to attach the router to this unit. We usually use this with ER4 and ER6 Ubiquiti routers. You can place the opening to the left or the right, whichever suits your wiring configuration the best. We have deployed a bunch of these in the field and have never had a problem with them.
