We have been gluten free for over 2 years. It is difficult to find a bun that doesn't fall apart or that doesn't taste bad. Udi's delivers on this product. They taste great, hold up while eating, and are even better toasted. I would recommend this product to anyone that is gluten free.

I bought these in desperation when my normal go-to gluten-free hamburger buns had been out of stock in every store in my area for several weeks. I was absolutely delighted with these Udi's buns. I defrosted them and though I usually spray the cut side and top with nonstick cooking spray of any gluten-free bread product and then lightly grill in a saute pan to improve the texture, these buns were great straight from the bag as well. They are soft in texture, not dry and crumbly and do not have an aftertaste or otherwise weird flavor.

These really were a pleasant surprise. I liked them so much I bought four more packages the next week at my local store when they went on sale. I would have purchased more if I had more freezer space.

try Schar rolls

These are coarse, grainy and a poor substitute for the real thing. I finally found Schar rolls which a cut in-half & toast. Excellent texture & taste! & their smaller size makes for good portion control.

Cookouts are now awesome!

Usually, I'm forced to put my burger on a plate when I go to a cookout. Now, I am bringing the buns! A considerate friend who knew that I was gluten-free bought these buns for her cookout yesterday and it was awesome to eat a burger on a bun like everyone else. Some gluten-free breads taste like cardboard but this one did not. I didn't even have to toast it.

I AM GLUTEN INTOLERANT ! and so these have to do ! well if you put one in the microwave for maybe 22 seconds and eat it immediately b/4 it get hard again it's OAKY DOKY .
